We are great believers at only buying the best available meat locally in the region, carefully selecting our suppliers with the best standards in animal husbandry. All our beef has been matured on the bone for a minimum of 3 weeks to ensure the beef is full of flavour and tender, unlike many of the mass produced products on sale in supermarkets today.
We have a great selection of award winning sausages, ready made gourmet meals, award winning home cured bacon a great selection of home cooked meats in the deli section, home baked 1lb pork pies, traditional rag puddings, black puddings and Lancashire haggis.
We also have a large selection of local award winning cheeses, accompanying sauces and marinades. We place great focus on continually looking to source and develop both new and improved products so we can provide variety to our customers.
In addition, the flexibility of service we are able to offer to our customers with both home and business delivery, or a late collection allows customers to shop the way that best suits them.
